VibeAndValue Squishies Store sells squishy toys, collectibles, sensory items and related products.

Product colours, shapes, textures, scents, slow-rise speed and finishing may vary slightly between pieces due to manufacturing. Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect normal use are not considered defects.

Some items may be sourced from different manufacturers or suppliers. Product descriptions are based on the information available to us at the time of listing.

2. Squishy Use & Safety

Squishies are intended to be used as toys or collectibles for normal external use.

Please:

  • Do not bite, chew, swallow or place any part of the product in the mouth.
  • Keep away from sharp objects, excessive pulling, twisting and rough handling.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.
  • Stop using the product if it becomes damaged or the internal filling is exposed.
  • Ensure young children use squishies only with adult supervision.

Crunchy squishies may contain materials such as clay, beads or other fillings and naturally require more careful handling than standard foam squishies.

3. Product Safety Information

We take reasonable care when selecting products and suppliers and may request supporting documentation, product information or testing records where available.

However, unless specifically stated on an individual product listing, we do not make blanket guarantees or independent certifications regarding the composition or safety testing of every product.

Any certification or laboratory report referenced applies only to the specific product, model or sample covered by that document.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The item is unavailable.
  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the affected amount will be refunded.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order already confirmed and paid.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may have separate terms and may not be combined unless specifically stated.

6. Payment

Full payment must be received before an order is processed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing, delivery and contact details submitted during checkout are accurate.

7. No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of squishy products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

Please review the product description, images, size, colour and product type carefully before purchasing.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Singapore consumer law for defective or non-conforming goods. Singapore law includes protections relating to goods sold by description and their quality or fitness.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is materially defective, damaged upon arrival or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request:

  • Clear photographs of the item.
  • A video showing the issue.
  • Images of the packaging and shipping label.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as replacement, partial refund, full refund or another reasonable resolution.

Damage resulting from misuse, excessive squeezing, pulling, puncturing, chewing, incorrect storage or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, weather, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's operations and tracking system.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content created by VibeAndValue Squishies Store, including branding, logos, original photographs, graphics, written descriptions and promotional materials, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
